It's raining again

I, like everyone, get so sick of the rain as it is usually accompanied by dark clouds. If you get that grey feeling, the best thing to do is turn up the music to an upbeat station and/or turn on some lights to lift the darkness. Another good idea is just simply get up and stretch and do some deep breathinng for 1 minute. It will be the boost you need to make a rainy day a little brighter.
