MG Hypnosis - Faith Hope & Trust Session

***DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS WHILE OPERATING A MOVING VEHICLE OR

WHERE YOUR FULL ATTENTION IS REQUIRED FOR SAFETY***

This session is about having more Faith Hope & Trust in yourself and the world. During our life time we all have periods when we just have to believe in faith, hope, and trust that everything will work out and everything happens for a reason, even if it is totally unexpected and takes us out of our comfort zone or beyond our abilities to do anything about it, like illness and death. But there still is faith, hope, and trust to guide us to seeing the best side of those difficult times.

I want to use these words today to help you deal with something difficult you are experiencing now or any uncertainty you have for the future.

If your spiritual- make it spiritual, if you are uncertain – open your mind. Have faith, hope and trust in me and yourself. I am honoured to guide you through this session.

Please “like” this video if you think others will find it helpful.

MG Hypnosis - Help with Isolation

Isolation isn’t a new experience for many people.  It can happen for various reasons and all ages.  Lockdown has actually been a blessing in a strange way to make people aware of this problem.  It’s horrible to think there are people who are suffering alone because other people simply cannot see the real situation.

Right now, can you think of anyone you know who would appreciate a phone call or a visit?  If yes, then make it a routine to contact them regularly.  Right now, can you think of anyone you know who would appreciate a phone call or a visit?  If yes, then make it a routine to contact them regularly.  You’ll feel better – they will feel better – everyone wins.  No longer alone.

MG Hypnosis - Finding Inner Strength

Do you believe in a higher spirit?  It doesn’t matter if you don’t, because we all have a source of inner strength.  Sometimes it is challenged when we are under pressure, or if we are physically not well, or when our circumstances change.  Things we can’t control can leave us feeling week.

This short session is designed to help you take a moment and think about what you can control and how to get the feeling of strengths and confidence back.  If not with help from your spiritual side, then from your mental side.

I hope you find your inner strength!  Remember “you’ve got this”.

Quit Smoking Help

FOR THOSE TRYING TO #QuitSmokingToday. Written notes from my recording and reminders of the changes to your body the second you stop. You can #stopsmoking now and I hope below inspires you to do so or forward it to someone thinking about stopping.Stop SmokingStop Smoking MG Hypnosis

Smoking is an illusion…cravings are an illusion. We create the story of why we smoke in our heads. The first reason you started smoking is not the same reason for why you continued to smoke. Cigarettes DO NOT help us relax. Cigarettes do not give us confidence. Cigarettes do not go great with a coffee or drink…Cigarettes do make us ill, smell terrible, shorten our life span, and hurt others we care about through second hand smoke…you know as well as I do, smoking is not a smart thing to do.
When you actually take the first puff out of a cigarette and think, “Ah, that is good”, before coughing, you should realize it is actually the rush of fresh air that came in with the nicotine that make you think “that is good”. Try it now…take a deep breath and just notice how nice it does feel to take a good clean breath of fresh air. Better without the smoke actually.
The excuses, or fears, we create in our heads are also illusions. We won’t gain weight, be stressed out, or have terrible withdraw symptoms, as long as you don’t focus your attention on them. Instead you will focus on eating better and healthier foods, drinking more water and taking more exercise. IT IS EASY if you think it will be and are 100% committed to stop smoking. The success is based on your commitment to yourself to stop smoking for the rest of your life.
Some reminders as to what you will gain and the changes to your body when you stop smoking to encourage you…
Within 20 minutes of your last cigarette
- blood pressure drops to normal
- pulse rate drops to normal
- body temperature of hands and feet return to normal
8 hours after your last cigarette
- carbon monoxide levels in the blood drops to normal
- oxygen level in blood increases to normal – 8 hours – WOW
- you smell better and can smell better
24 hours
- chances of a heart attack decreases
48 hours
- Never endings start regrowing
- Your ability to smell and taste things is enhanced
72 hours
- Bronchial tubes relax making breathing easier.
- Your lung capacity increases – how amazing is that?
2 weeks to 3 months
- Circulation improves
- Walking becomes easier as you have more breath literally
- Lung function increases by up to 30%
1 to 9 months
- Coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue shortness of breath decrease
- Lung cilia re-grow increasing the ability to handle mucus and clean lungs
- Body’s overall energy increases
5 years
- Lung cancer death rate for average smoker almost halves
10 years
- Lung cancer death rate down to almost that of a non-smoker
- Pre-cancerous cells are replaced
- Other cancer risks decrease
And all these benefits are lost when you start smoking again so after this recording you will never have ONE puff again. Here’s to good health.

Losing a loved one and helping cope with life

My father passed away on the 22nd of February 2014.  He is, needless to say, terribly missed.  As anyone who has lost someone close to them, you can't put into words how much you miss their presence in your life.

I alway try to look at the positive side of everything that happens in life - even tragedy.  When I think of my dad I consider that I was so lucky to have had him for so many years in my life - I am in my 48th year.  My dad had heart trouble though out his life with heart attacks and cardiac arrests, so I could have lost him when I was 12 years of age.

My father was also a very religious man.  When he realised his heart was growing weaker, he asked that his pace maker was turned off so he wouldn't have to worry about being "shocked" when his heart started to fail.  He also wished to be at home.  So, in short, he got his two dying wishes.  To die at home and peacefully - so peacefully - in his sleep.  I was so happy for him.  He couldn't have asked for a better way to go, nor could I for him...

At his burial, the owner of the funeral home recited a poem that I found comforting and would like to share with you all.

God bless.
