This session is about having more Faith Hope & Trust in yourself and the world. During our life time we all have periods when we just have to believe in faith, hope, and trust that everything will work out and everything happens for a reason, even if it is totally unexpected and takes us out of our comfort zone or beyond our abilities to do anything about it, like illness and death. But there still is faith, hope, and trust to guide us to seeing the best side of those difficult times. 

 

I want to use these words today to help you deal with something difficult you are experiencing now or any uncertainty you have for the future.

 

If your spiritual- make it spiritual, if you are uncertain – open your mind. Have faith, hope and trust in me and yourself. I am honoured to guide you through this session.

Do you believe in a higher spirit?  It doesn’t matter if you don’t, because we all have a source of inner strength.  Sometimes it is challenged when we are under pressure, or if we are physically not well, or when our circumstances change.  Things we can’t control can leave us feeling week.  

This short session is designed to help you take a moment and think about what you can control and how to get the feeling of strengths and confidence back.  If not with help from your spiritual side, then from your mental side.
