Boring is…someone trying to describe a movie or story they have seen or heard, but their description leaves you totally confused and you have no interest in the end of wanting to hear any more. So, it becomes a rambling never-ending story. Thus, mine is.

Today I am honoured to “Bore you to Sleep” with a story about a few of my favourite bed time stories that I had read to me as a child and stories I read to my son. So, I don’t tell you a whole story, just summarize ones I loved to hear as a child and why. There are thousands of wonderful stories and the ones I mention are classic’s from both the USA and UK. Some will be a memory lane for you and others may be new to you. Anyway, old or new, they are all great stories.

One of the reasons I like working with children is they have no hard-set predisposition of failure. That innocence and trust that I will be able to help them always amazes me.
BUT I always explain to them, and this is key, that I am not doing it…they are. Adults would benefit from going back to that innocence. Have faith.
You already have overcome tough times before, which you now take for granted, and you can use the same strengths to get though anything. You just have to simply believe in yourself and change your attitude towards anxiety!
Remember, in using hypnotherapy, you are the one making the changes, I simply guide you into finding your own solution to your problem. And a lot of time, that is all it takes. Spending time to find it. Really, whatever is causing you anxiety, this is your chance to change it. Tell it goodbye. Get mad and say “no more”.

The facts:
1. Exercise is amazing for keeping your body and mind healthy.

3. Your body is a miraculous gift and deserves respect. My session is focusing on all three, but mainly gratitude for how all the various parts of our bodies keeps us healthy.

Today I “bore you to sleep” with simple breathing. You can follow my count for breathing in and out, but if you prefer to just listen without counting and holding the breath, that is perfectly fine. All breathing, as you are falling asleep sends a signal to your muscles to relax and rest.

This session is about having more Faith Hope & Trust in yourself and the world. During our life time we all have periods when we just have to believe in faith, hope, and trust that everything will work out and everything happens for a reason, even if it is totally unexpected and takes us out of our comfort zone or beyond our abilities to do anything about it, like illness and death. But there still is faith, hope, and trust to guide us to seeing the best side of those difficult times.
I want to use these words today to help you deal with something difficult you are experiencing now or any uncertainty you have for the future.
If your spiritual- make it spiritual, if you are uncertain – open your mind. Have faith, hope and trust in me and yourself. I am honoured to guide you through this session.

Getting rid of negative thoughts can be hard, but not impossible. Like everything, the more you focus on something, the more you think about it. So today I’d like to share with you a technique of getting rid of negative thoughts. It’s therapeutic, AND you can also use it at end of the day to clear your mind to help you to sleep.
Remember that you have a choice in what you want to focus your energy and thoughts on. My advice - choose the good stuff, the positive stuff, the joyful stuff, the happy stuff, the inspiring stuff, the “it’s going to make my day wonderful and it will make me smile” stuff.

Don’t worry – be happy.
Easier said than done when you are worried, but wise words nevertheless and makes a good point. You can choose to worry or NOT to worry and use it to motivate you. We sometimes forget that we have a choice on to react to worries. I am here to remind you that you CAN choose to become stronger, calmer, and motivated to do something about the problem.
This video is about getting that focus. Worrying is horrible for your mental and physical wellbeing. So, stand up tall, take a deep breath, and let’s figure out a solution instead of letting it drain our energy and creativity. You’ve got this.
