Able and Cole 1st delivery

Is this great or what.  I am so inspired by my first delivery from Able and Cole.  And the cook book is free!  Since the picture was taken, half the box is gone and it's day 2.  I will definitely sign up for a weekly delivery.  Get inspired!  It is good for everyone!

Isn't that great?  Really think of the hours lost in front of the TV, so if you're being a couch potato, cut back on the hours and go for a walk or play a board game.  I'm taking my own advice.

Fighting cancer mentally and physically

A friend was told in 2010 he wouldn't live more than 6 months.  He is still going strong as I type.  His advice to overcome it was two fold.  First, keep a positive mental attitude.  Second, change diet and exercise.  He follows The Rainbow Diet if any one is interested.

I have known too many people with cancer over the years not to believe there is a link between diet and health.
