Ah, a classic.  Get yourself comfy, and get ready for a good old whole body relaxation into sleep session.  Nice! Sometimes we are not even aware of holding tension in our bodies until you pause – breathe – let go.  In is video I guide you through relaxing your whole body from your head down to your toes as you drift into sleep.
