MG Hypnosis - Exercise, Motivation, and Respect for your body

The facts: 

1. Exercise is amazing for keeping your body and mind healthy. 

2. Your motivation to exercise will become a reward if you make it a habit. You just have to start. Any exercise! 

3. Your body is a miraculous gift and deserves respect. My session is focusing on all three, but mainly gratitude for how all the various parts of our bodies keeps us healthy. 

 

I hope you enjoy it. Honestly, if I inspire one person today – my job today is done.
