Weight 2012 - AGAIN!

Here we go again!  Which mean’s it is that time of year again when most of us think about losing weight.  Did you know that 95% of dieters re-gain the weight they have lost?  Worse than that, in the UK obesity has almost become the number one cause for premature death.  It is a fact that 25% of women and 20% of men in the UK are now classified as obese. The symptoms range from low energy levels and breathlessness to serious conditions such as high blood sugar, high cholesterol, thyroid and hormone problems, and extra strain on the heart.   

So what is the solution?  To make a permanent life style change with the help of hypnotherapy.
